Proposed papers to the Editorial Board of the journal can be emailed to:. Papers will be sent to external referees who will give their opinion on the papers. Papers should not be published previously or be under revision in other publication. In the case a paper is published in this journal, it can not be published elsewhere without the editors’ consent. Authors of proposed papers could be invited to present their work in seminars organized with the purpose of choosing those to be finally published. Once a paper is accepted, authors will be asked to sign a transfer copyright. Papers should be written preferably in English; otherwise the author is committed to review a translation.
