a) Published articles

Example:

b) Working paper

Example:

c) Book

Example:

d) Chapter in a book
Author last name, First name. “Chapter or Article title.” Chapter X in Title of the book, published by: Publishers or Compilers. City of edition: Editorial, year.
Example:

e) Web sites:
Web site name. Publisher/Company. URL. (access Date MM, DD/YYYY)
Example:
